This site is controlled and operated by Pye Motors Ltd trading as Bailrigg Motors (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Bailrigg Motors", “we”, “us” “our” or “www.bailrigg-motors.co.uk”. At Bailrigg Motors we take the privacy of our customers, visitors and employees, very seriously and to help you understand what we do with the information you provide to us we have compiled this Privacy Policy statement. When someone visits Bailrigg Motors we use third-party services, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. When you contact us through the website, the information you submit is collected and stored inline with our retention policy. There are various areas where you can ask us questions or request for us to carry out a service for you. We may also request vehicle make, model and registration where it is necessary. Where enquiries are submitted to us we will only use the information supplied to us to deal with the enquiry and any subsequent issues and to check on the level of service we provide.

Job applicants, current and former Bailrigg Motors employees
